H1N1 QUALIFYING CRITERIA

PROTOCOL FOR H1N1 NASAL SPRAY

• Vaccine supply is for our children only unless doctors give it to specific parents

• Children must be at least 2 years old to get mist

• If your child had the flu shot they can get the nasal spray now

• If your child had the flumist they MUST wait 3-4 weeks from date of spray

• No one with asthma may get spray unless approved by MD- they may get injectable only

• No one with compromised immune disease, HIV, or on chemo, etc.- they can get injectable only

• Nursing mothers and pregnant moms CANNOT get H1N1mist
